If they would have told us the truth about all of this, I might still be working there. The Management do not exactly help you when you start out and the computers My god the computers will crash on you every second forcing you to quit the programme and leave a customer waiting and getting aggitated.

Help us be the best! A typical day at work is logging our lines and start taking calls from customers that can call us for any reason what the trick then is to turn there call in to sale. Working at CCA international teaches you how every sort of person is you can have customers that are happy when they call you and customers that can be angry and swear at you what you always have to remember it is not personal so never to react the same way the customer.
